Specialization lesson is the field that the apprentice chooses to peruse as a Journey(wo)man, such as surgery, midwifery, herbalism, records and diseases, mind healing, physical therapy.
Second specialization lesson is a second field that the apprentice chooses to have knowledge of to pertain to their specialty (mind healers may want knowledge of therapy to help a patient, midwife may want to know more herbs to alleviate pain, ect).
Observing field specialty is much like an internship; at first it is more assisting than actual participation. As the Journey(wo)man feels the apprentice is ready, then they begin participation.
