FONT TOO SMALL? |
 |

Having trouble reading the DragonRiders pages because the font is too small?
Even if your eyes are fine, this can happen if you are using a browser with a small default
font size (e.g. Netscape on a Macintosh computer) or a high-resolution monitor.
This page should be using your browser's default font size. See the table below
to compare to the font size used on the DragonRiders web site:
| Browser Default |
DragonRiders Font Style |
| This text size corresponds to your
browser's default setting. |
This text is sized as it appears on
the DragonRiders pages. |
If the text in the right hand column is too small for you, try changing the font size setting in your browser:
-
If you are using Netscape or
Firefox, simply
use the menu:
View => Text Zoom (or Text Size)
to increase the font size to your preferences.
-
If you are using Internet Explorer with default settings, View => Text Size won't work.
Internet Explorer ignores your font preferences in favor of the font sizes specified in our
style sheet. To test whether this is the case, watch the right hand column of
the table above when trying to resize the text on this page.
You can turn this off in:
Tools => Internet Options => Accessibility (on the General tab)
Click to
"Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages".
With this setting, you can now use the
View => Text Size menu to resize the text on the DragonRiders site
to your preferences.
You can test this using the text in the right hand column in the table above.
-
If you still encounter problems reading the site, please email the Webbies with a description of your problem, the browser type and version you are using, and any suggestions you might have
how to fix it.
Thanks! :-)
