Physical Description : Tall and broad shouldered, C'naed strikes a very strong, masculine figure. The bronzerider is well-muscled and keeps his light brown hair cropped short like most riders. C'naed's face is full of laugh lines, and he is very easy with his bright, friendly smile that is often contagious. He has hazel eyes and a warm voice. There is a small scar underneath his chin from his childhood as a weyrbrat, but this does not detract from his appeal among the women in the Weyr.

Personality : Carefree and quick to laugh, C'naed is a rider who prefers to live life to the fullest. C'naed is extremely active and enjoys the company of others. He would much rather spend time in the comfort of others after a bad Fall than retreat to his weyr. His gregarious nature allows C'naed to form many friendships, although the bronze rider has yet to form a lasting, long-term relationship.

C'naed is able to set aside his more relaxed nature when duty calls. Both C'naed and Brynmarith take fighting Thread very seriously, and work well with others in their wing.

Life Story : Connaedel was born at Telgar Weyr, the child of one of the lower caverns worker and a brown rider. Like many other children in the Weyr, Connaedel was fascinated by dragons and hoped to one day Impress a brown like his father. He was Searched, and felt confident that one of the eggs held _his_ brown dragon. During the Hatching a brown and bronze hatched at the same time near where he was standing with the other Candidates. Connaedel took a step closer to the brown dragon, sure that this was his lifemate, but was knocked over when the bronze darted forward and exclaimed, }: You are mine! :{. Connaedel looked up at the weyrling's whirling eyes and, to his surprise, Impressed bronze Brynmarith.

C'naed and Brynmarith seemed to soak up the information given to them during their weyrling training, and were eager students. The young bronzerider wanted to show the Weyr that he deserved Brynmarith, despite reassurances from his Weyrlingmaster and others at the Weyr that the dragon always knows and that Brynmarith could not have chosen wrongly.

Over the turns, C'naed's confidence grew and he was an asset to his assigned wing. Still, the bronzerider felt that something was missing. Although he loved his home, C'naed wanted to experience more of Pern and had a growing fascination with the Southern Continent. After discussions with his Wingleader, and partly due to the large number of bronze dragons at Telgar, C'naed and Brynmarith came to a decision they would transfer south when the opportunity arose. When Ierne Island Weyr was looking for some more experienced riders early in turn 39, C'naed applied for the transfer, eager for a change.

Physical Dragon : Brynmarith is a well-proportioned, large bronze dragon. His hide is a lighter bronze, with brownish undertones.

Dragon's Personality:The bronze and his rider are well matched with similar personalities. Brynmarith is serious when fighting Thread, and very focused on his duties. Outside of fighting Thread, Brynmarith enjoys the company of other dragons and is a bit of a flirt.
