Physical Description : Master Davach is a bit above average height, moderately thin although with beginnings of small paunch. His shoulders are slightly stooped from turns of sitting at a desk and examining patients. His hair, which he has not begun to lose, is very white; eyes are dark brown.

Personality : Davach is a very even tempered man, his expression often revealing a kindness that is no secret to those he treats. He is not one to act on the spur of the moment but generally gives consideration to all views before making decisions. As a result, his opinions have often been sought in disputes reaching even past his infirmary doors.

Life Story : Davach was born and raised in the north, progressing through harper classes and then through the Healer Hall at a steady, if not overly rapid, rate. He served most of his practice at Nerat Hold, and as turns passed, he found himself needing to move from the mainstream of Pern to a smaller Hold with the idea of retiring in a few turns. When Green Ridge asked for a Master, the position seemed ideal, and he arrived at the Hold during month 9 of turn 36.
