Physical Description : Standing a 6'2" with a lean, muscular build Drizurdan appears to be an intimidating man. His eyes are vivid green which stand out against his brown hair. His hands are strong but gentle when it comes to sewing together dragon wings.

Personality : Drizurdan is a very serious person when it comes to his craft; he is normally calm taking in everything around him. He enjoys spending time with people that he knows, but he is not known to go out of his way to make a new friend. He is kind and friendly to everyone, but his duties are always running through his mind. His smile could melt any woman's heart.

Life Story : Drizurdan grew up with loving parents in Southern Weyr. At the age of ten his father's brown dragon went /between/ from injuries in Fall. He promised his mother, also a Greenrider, that he would save every dragon he could and at the age of twelve became an Apprentice Dragonhealer.

He perused his Apprenticeship with conviction, and quickly became a top Apprentice among the Weyr. His mother was extremely proud of him and told him so often. His mother held a very special place in his heart, and her lose was very difficult for Drizurdan when she died in child birth.

Not long after his mother's death did Drizurdan transfer to a Hold, working time in the kitchen's until he could serve another person food no more. Wanting to escape the memories of his mother and father the Apprentice transferred to Thread's End Weyr.

Instead of claiming his rank, Drizurdan attended classes of the most junior of Apprentices. The truth soon came out to Master Merl and she made him her assistant to determine his level of knowledge.

Six months after his arrival at the Weyr, Drizurdan walked the tables and became a Journeyman.
