Physical Description : El'tak is a tall man with a muscular build and broad shoulders. His eyes are deep brown and his hair is black, kept short to fit easily beneath his riding helmet. While he has a plain face, he is often seen smiling, and that gives him his own sort of attraction

Personality : El'tak is a humorous man with a deep laugh. He's not afraid to put forth ideas at wingmeetings and believes that everyone should have a chance to have their say. He tends to be jovial most of the time, but he can be extremely serious when necessary and he has a deep sense of responsibility. El'tak believes that you should be able to laugh at yourself and your faults; otherwise you'll spend all your time worrying about them.

Life Story : El'tak was the son of a brown and greenrider. He was fostered out to a woman in the lower caverns when he was young, and for as long as he could remember, he wanted to be a dragonrider. El'tak was almost constantly underfoot, learning whatever he could about dragons from anyone who was willing to teach him. When he had 16 turns of age he was chosen to stand as a Candidate on the sands and Impressed the first time around. When he looked into Spurgth's swirling eyes, he knew his dreams had come true.

El'tak spent the next several years honing his and Spurgth's skills in battling thread. The two of them are responsible and levelheaded in flying Thread and in their dealings with other dragons and riders. El'tak recently transferred from Ista to fill a void in Threads End Weyr left by the Earthshake.

Dragon's Description : Spurgth is a medium sized bronze who is quite content with his size. His hide fairly gleams when in the sun. He has no distinct marks about him, but he doesn't feel the need to physically distinguish himself from the other bronzes.

Dragon's Personality : Spurgth is a levelheaded bronze often amused by the antics of younger dragons. He works well with his rider in the air in coordinating with other riders and dragons. He enjoys nothing more than being oiled after a swim and then laying in the sun.
