Physical Description : Standing 6 foot 1", Gigas's body is a built athletic with well developed arms. He has jet black hair and beard (goatee), with greyish-blue eyes that miss nothing. His hands are nimble and gentle, which are excellent for healing.

Personality : Gigas is a serious man when it comes to his craft, he does like to relax and enjoy himself and have a nice conversation but more often than not, it doesn't happen. Once a person is around him long enough they pick up on his little quirks and realize that he is blunt and sarcastic, but does in fact have a sense of humor.

Life Story : Gigas was born at the Fort Healer Hall and raised there, becoming an Apprentice as soon as he was able. He has a large family, most of whom are Healers. He has never really found anyone he would have liked to be with for long periods of time. When he turned 20 Turns he was stationed in the South and when Ierne Island Weyr was established he asked to be transferred. In the past Turn he has done a bit of traveling to smaller Holds to make sure they have enough herbs and pass on any requests to the area's Master healer. He was sent to Thread's End Weyr for a time to be stationed and found that he enjoyed the warm Weyr, but it wasn't to last long and he began traveling again until the end of the Turn, returning every so often to his permanent station at Ierne Island Weyr.

Pet Description : Ash is a gray runnerbeast (specifically a Terran Blue Roan coloring). His gray coat makes it appear as if he has rolled in ash, hence his name. Ash as moments where he isn't the best runner, by occasionally trying to bite his owner.
