Physical Description : H'fey is just a shade under 6 feet in height and is thick of build. He has short-cropped, extremely curly black hair and deeply tanned skin. His blue/green eyes are somewhat of a shock at first glance, but fit him well. He is very muscular from his work as a stonecrafter and if there's any fat on him, he refuses to acknowledge it as such - preferring to call it "muscle on holiday".

Personality : H'fey is very laid back in nature and a perennial optimist. He doesn't let anything get him down, is ever cheerful, and never worries about things over which he has no control. If he can't do anything about it, why get all bent out of shape? He is steadfast and trustworthy, much like the quality stone he quarried as an apprentice and journeyman. He is a touchy/feely sort ofperson, ever ready with a bone crushing hug for anyone he feels is in need of one (grumps and pessimists beware). He is a good friend to have and a deadly enemy if you're unfortunate enough to lose his respect.

Life Story : Heffey was the youngest child of eight, born to a hold beholden to Southern Weyr. As the baby of the family, he was doted upon and allowed to get away with almost anything. His family was a hard working one though and young Heffey's desire to please his elders kept him from becoming too spoiled. His stocky build caused his father to apprentice him out to Moonlight Hold when Heffey was twelve Turns of age to learn stonecrafting. Young Heffey took well to the Craft and was an eager student of the Holder and stonecrafters of Moonlight Hold. When it was time, he was sent to the main Crafthall to further his studies. He walked the tables at 18 Turns and was sent to Ierne Island Weyr to help with continuing construction needed at the still young Weyr.

He was Searched almost immediately upon his arrival to the Weyr, but was left standing, un-Impressed, his first time on the Sands. He wasn't too affected by this happening, since it was up to the dragons to decide whether or not he'd become a dragonrider. Besides, he was able to continue with his Craft, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He was Searched a second time for Gold Aometh and Brown Charioth's clutch and it was then that Quayteth found him, just like it was supposed to happen.

Physical Dragon : Quayteth is a well proportioned stocky, middle-sized Blue who looks much like his rider in stature. His hide is deep Sapphire blue marked with occasional veins of sky blue. His hide then fades to a pale sky blue along his underbelly. The sails of his wings are a darker shade of the sky blue ofhis underbelly.

Dragon's Personality:Quayteth is slightly broody and introspective for a dragon, taking everything much more seriously than his rider. He does have a warped sense of humor that no one except H'fey seems to understand. In fact, Quayteth has a knack for causing his rider to break into giggles or laughter at the most inopportune times. When fighting Thread, Quayteth has unshakable confidence in his skills and those of his rider.
