Physical Description : K'sta is a well built eighteen year old boy. He was jet black hair with shots of blonde throughout it. He has sky blue eyes with few scars from when he was sword fighting his brother.

Personality : He is a cocky wise guy. He respects every dragonrider he has ever met.

Life Story : He was only fifteen when a pair of dragonriders came to his hold (Fort Hold). Kasta became an orphan after a plague which killed his entire family leaving him at the age of fourteen. The dragonriders that came to Fort Hold were looking for candidates for Benden Weyr. When he was examined by a green dragonrider the rider told him later that his dragon had said "he will be a great dragonrider!". When he arrived at Benden the Weyrleader talked with each of them that night telling them that he hoped to see most of them in the fighting wings when they became old enough.

When Kasta heard the humming of the dragons he ran toward his room to put on his robe. When he ran toward the hatching grounds he fell in line with about twenty other candidates. Kasta followed them onto the ground watching the eggs till a brown dragonet squawked as it finally had gotten out of it shell he reached forward drawn to the dragonet when he touched its head he felt a unknown connection to it. He felt like someone was in his mind when a question appeared saying "Dont you like me?" Kasta looked to the dragon and smiled and replied "I do my friend what is your name?" the dragon spoke again saying "Stradith."

When he finished his weyrling training he become more cocky; after a long talk with himself he started to get himself under control since here at Benden not many liked him for being cocky, so later that night he went to talk with the weyrleader about transfering to Ierne Island Weyr to start over and not be ashamed of himself for being so cocky.
