Physical Description : Leyrta is a petite woman, being only 5'2" and 105 pounds. She has light brown hair with hints of red in it, and bright green eyes. She has naturally tan skin, darkened due to sun exposure at her cothold.

Personality : Leyrta tends to be motherly to anyone she meets, even if they are older than her. She is a pleasant person, and has a very gentle disposition, due to her being nurtured since she was thirteen Turns old by her mother.

Life Story : She was born to two traders, Talna and Leyver. She grew up with the trader train, enjoying her life, despite having to find shelter during Threadfall. Then one day, her father got caught out in the middle of a Fall and was Scored to death. As a result, Leyrta decided to dedicate the next thirteen Turns of her life to traveling with her mother to find a place to create a cothold in which traders and travelers could take shelter. When she was 23 Turns old, she and her mother found a piece of land a day's sail west of the mouth of Paradise River. They agreed on the location and began preparations immediately. After she and her mother succeeded in creating the cothold on her 26th birthingday, she was given a fire lizard egg. The egg yielded a brown flit, whom Leyrta named Flutter due to its tendency to flutter about the cothold in order to socialize with the guests. The next Turn, she was wandering around the beaches and found an abandoned canine tied to a felled tree. She nursed the starving canine back to health and it became attached to her. She named him Rollie as he loved to roll in the sand.

His wings are slightlydisproportionate to his body, having a larger span than needed. However, he is not affected by this and uses the extra length to his advantage.

Pet Description : Rollie is a black, short-haired male canine. He acts very much like a puppy, as sociable as Flutter. He tends to roll in the soft beach sand and play in the water. Rollie knows how to retrieve a thrown stick, and commands such as sit, lay down, roll over, stay, come, and go.
