Physical Description : Paecia was a delicate child who grew into a willowy, slender young woman. Her hair is a soft gold, thin and wispy. She wears it in a braid, tucked under the collar of her wherhide jacket when she and her beloved Araveth fly Thread. She has moss green eyes that can sometimes look greyish depending on what she wears. Her face is small, freckled, and dainty in appearance.

Personality : Paecia has always been something of a loner, but more from shyness than need. She's someone who's on the outside looking in, desperately wanting to come in through the door but not knowing how to ask. She's bashful but trusting, and very much a worrier. She's most comfortable in situations where she's being shown the way by a strong leader, rather than leading herself. Since she's Impressed Araveth she's grown more confident and outspoken, though she's still considered quiet by the rest of her Wing.

Life Story : Paecia grew up an only child, most recently in an isolated hold in the lands of Sonnette's Dawn. Her only companion was her outgoing cousin, Polyna, who lived a few minutes' walk away. It was during a discussion about her future with her parents that a blue dragon came on Search for the Weyr, and Paecia was whisked away, much to everyone's surprise. Even more surprising was the moment when, on the Hatching Sands, a lively dark-green dragonet chose Paecia as her lifemate forever.

Since Weyrling training, Paecia has grown to become an essential part of Upper Flight Right Fore.

Physical Dragon : Araveth is a deep forest green. The thin membrane of her wings is nearly like the bottle green of glass. As a hatchling she was a rather large green, possibly due to the eager and frequent stuffings given by her well-meaning rider. In adulthood she has become a slender and well-proportioned green, fast in the air and excellent at executing tight turns and dangerous maneuvers.

Dragon's Personality:Araveth is friendly and quite 'chatty'. She finds the bigger dragons fascinating and loves to listen to the older greens in their discussions and passes on to her embarassed rider a veritable tome of Weyr gossip. She delights in petting and praise, and is slowly drawing her rider out of her shy shell with her loving attention and constant support.
