Physical Description : Rantour has a full head of thick black hair that is only the slightest bit wavy. He regards the world with hazel, almost amber eyes that rarely reveal his emotions. He is a bit on the short side (only a Terran 5'5"), but he makes up for it with his stern manner. His skin, though originally pale, has developed an even tan since his arrival at the Hall.

Personality : Seemingly always in a constant state of annoyance, Rantour has little patience for the playful antics of some people. He rarely allows anyone to get by without punishment if he catches them breaking rules. If he goes easy on someone, then he has a close friendship with them. Usually, the more he nags someone, the more he really cares about them. Many of the people that he calls friends don't even know he cares until they need someone, and then he is always there.
