Physical Description : Sarakai stands a hand below average in height, and is of slender build. Swift and graceful, his brown eyes are full of good humour - but perhaps not as much judgement as one might wish. He has black hair that often falls in his face, and tanned skin.

Personality : Sarakai has a lively sense of humour, and sees the lighter side of almost everything. However, he sometimes doesn't see boundaries, or manages to conveniently forget rules. It's not that he deliberately causes trouble or anything like that; it's just that he doesn't think things all the way through sometimes before acting. Apart from that, though, he's cheerful and outgoing, making friends as fast as he can.

Life Story : Sarakai's parents are small holders in the Thread's End Hold area; Sarakai is one of the younger of their many children. Sarakai planned to settle on the family hold and continue the tradition of working the land, but instead he was searched for a clutch at Thread's End Weyr in the second half of turn 37. Although unsuccessful in that hatching, Sarakai found Weyr life more suited to his temperament, and opted to stay on, making himself useful at whatever tasks present themselves.
