Physical Description : Tiloren is ‘compact’ in size, a more polite word than what he always was teased for as a child, short. He is rather unremarkable in looks, except for a spoon-shaped scar on his shoulder, a result of, during his apprenticeship, purposely adding a large amount of sweetener to asoup that his teacher was particularly fond of. The scar was formed by being whacked with a hot spoon when the irate cook discovered his prank. He also has sandy hair and brown eyes.

Personality : His favorite pastime is coming up with new soups, a profession that may be of better use in a cold climate, but he loves Thread’s End. He has a tendency to stand painfully straight, trying to gain a few fingerwidths of height, and moves very quickly when cooking. He has always viewed dragonriders as a class above, if somewhat bothersome in their demands.

Life Story : Born and raised in Thread s End, T'oren, then Tiloren bounced around the Weyr until he was twelve and, when he couldn't decide what he wanted to do, was assigned to the kitchens. The resident soup cook snagged him and T'oren discovered his passion. His ultimate pre-Impression goal was to perfect the art of soup-making, something that he feels is sadly underrated. He met his sweetheart, Calia, when she came to the Weyr to bake for a Hatching and remained. Their planned wedding has been put on hold by his Impression, but T'oren is still adamant that he will marry her! Just as soon as he is a full-fledged dragonrider and things can be re-arranged.

Physical Dragon : Barely hatched, Iotheth promises to remain small, a fortunate thing for his short rider. He shows surprising grace for a hatchling, and T'oren and others hope that grace will become adult agility, saving them the worst of threadscore.

Dragon's Personality:Iotheth likes to talk to older browns, when they will pay any attention, and tries to make games out of the smallest things. His current favorite is to hide the scrubbing brush during bath time, sitting on it being the most effective. He loves to sleep cuddled up with T'oren, and likes Calia very much, hers being the only human name he can remember, other than his rider's.
