Physical Description : Tr'dav is very tall, around six and a half feet. He's gone prematurely grey, and keeps his hair cropped short. Due to sun and laughter, his face is a bit more wrinkled than his turns might suggest. He's very fair-skinned and his skin freckles quickly. His eyes are pale blue-grey in colour.

He has a lacing of old threadscores on his left shoulderblade running down to the bottom of his ribcage, the legacy of not being quick enough to get between when not long out of weyrling training.

Personality : Tr'dav tends to be easy-going and relaxed - it usually takes a great deal of stress to get him visibly angry and, as a rule, before he reaches that point, he prefers to disappear and deal with negative emotion on his own.

He has a great enjoyment of teaching and training, and has spent time as a weyrlingmaster in the past for just that reason.

Tr'dav's recreations tend to be of the quiet sort; he's far more likely to be enjoying a friendly poker game or some good wine (with a preference for a softer, smoother red) and music than a raucous party.

Life Story : Tr'dav is northern-born; his parents were crafters based at Igen Weyr. He had intended to follow in their footsteps as beastcrafters, but always harboured a sneaking hope that a dragon would find him acceptable to stand for a hatching instead.

It did happen, and he impressed bronze Ofiserth at fifteen turns of age.

The pair made a steady progress through weyrling training and their early lives in the fighting wings, making wingsecond after eight or nine turns of fighting, wingleader a further ten turns down the track.

They opted to transfer south when Ierne Island Weyr was established.

Tr'dav has had no permanent weyrmate, but has had a series of longer-term relationships in his life, usually parting on good terms. From these, he has three children; one son, T'luk, is a weyrling with brown Baslyth at Igen and his older daughter is a candidate there. His younger daughter has opted for an apprenticeship in the harpercraft. Although all three remained north, he remains very attached to all of them, and is in contact with them and their mothers.

Physical Dragon : Ofiserth is a large and lean bronze. His hide is a very dark bronze in colouration, which makes the paleness of some old threadscores on his tailtip, left wing and shoulder stand out even more.

Dragon's Personality:Ofiserth is a lively and curious bronze who feels a strong sense of responsibility towards those in his wing. He is intelligent and has a relatively good memory, by dragon standards.
