Physical Description : Y'drian has blue eyes and pitch-black hair that has started to gray at his temples, much to his vain soul's distress. He is neither short nor extremely tall and keeps his body in a good shape by occasionally getting into trouble when he's had a little too much wine. He always gets himself assigned to throwing and ferrying firestone sacks.

Personality : The bluerider is usually rather calm and introverted. On many occasions, his dragon has had to push him a little bit before he agreed to take part in a social events. But he enjoys a good cup of wine, preferably a Benden red, and once through the first cup, he transforms into a charming and entertaining person. A few cups more and he might say or do things he'll regret but won't remember very well once he's sobered...

Life Story : Y'drian was born and grew up at Fort Weyr. He always dreamed of Impressing a dragon like his parents and avoided the decision whether or not he should apprentice to a craft and which one to pick. He was lucky and got Searched almost as soon as he was old enough to stand, but it took several Hatchings before finally his dragon hatched, tumbling into his arms and announcing, }:I'm Brementh. I'm hungry!:{ The little blue immediately became the center of his life. They transferred to Ierne Island Weyr shortly after the new Weyr in the South had been established.

Dragon's Personality : The blue trusts his rider completely and would do anything he asks him to do even if he can't figure out the sense behind what they're doing. The only time he dares to question his rider's actions is when Y'drian has indulged in too much wine.
